Yes you heard correct. Mass Effect 2 is coming to Playstation 3. I'm sure this has come as a shock to Many people including me. But I must say I am excited that this epic space adventure from Bioware is finally coming to my big black box. (Well I do have the original 'fat' PS3)

Don't get me wrong, I love the ps3 and everything, but I personally don't like the fact that Bioware's selling out and porting it to ps3. One of the things that made mass effect a really great experience was that it was a 360/PC exclusive. It doesn't bother me that much, but I personally think no changes needed to be made.

ReplyDeleteI'm not saying I prefer it to be on the 360 or anything fanboyish like that. In fact, I have changed my mind, I'm glad that they're porting it to ps3 because then that means they have a bigger budget for ME3 :D it's just sort of like Mass Effect was a prized thing that the 360/PC gamers could love and be like this is OURS, so yeah :/
but when you look at it in the big picture, such as myself, it's really a great thing to just say that Mass Effect belongs to us gamers as a whole :)
I personally hate console wars.
